Hi beauties, I hope your week is going well. I’m sure this won’t be surprising to you at all but today’s post is a review of the $5 ColourPop Precision Brow Pencil. Yes, I know, more ColourPop, I promise I’m going to take a break soon! I can’t believe just how inexpensive ColourPop’s brow pencils are. Both the Precision Brow and the Brow Boss Pencil retail at $5 which is insane, even after converting to CAD. Two weeks ago I reviewed the Brow Boss Pencil so today we’re getting into the Precision Brow.

Add a little umph to your brows! To sculpt and define, this micro-tip pencil’s soft and creamy formula makes it easy to achieve your #browgoals.
The ColourPop Precision Brow Pencil retails online for $5 and comes in 8 different shades. It’s designed to make precise lines for sculpted brows. This pencil contains 0.09g (0.003oz) of product (the same mount as the ABH Brow Wiz). ColourPop Products are Vegan & Cruelty Free.
This pencil has different packaging from the Brow Boss. The cap on the end with the product is brown and the cap covering the spoolie is clear. A girl on instagram told me last week that until she saw my post of the Brow Boss with both caps off she had no idea that it had a spoolie on one end! Good thing this one has a clear cap so there are no surprises. The spoolie is the softest I have ever used. It’s very fluffy and instantly blends the pigment when I comb out my brows.
This pencil is not retractable, so take care not to twist the pencil up too high!
Precision Brow is designed for a stylistic, carved brow. The formula of the Precision Brow Pencil is very soft and creamy. This is the creamiest and most blendable brow product I’ve ever used and to be honest I’m not sure that I like how creamy it is. It’s hard not to make a mistake with Precision brow because of how soft the pigment is. I prefer more natural looking brows so I have to use a light hand when applying this pencil to get my desired effect.
The tip of the pencil is supposed to be a thin micro tip but honestly I don’t think the tip is much thinner than the Brow Boss or any other brow pencil I’ve used. It’s maybe slightly thinner, but not enough to make a huge difference in application.
Filling in my brows is super quick with Precision Brow because of how well it blends, and I like how thin I can make the tail of my brows (tail? That’s a thing right?).
Have you used the ColourPop Precision Brow Pencil?
