Hello Everyone! June is approaching, which means, SUMMER! Yay! I haven’t done a what’s on my radar post in a while, so here’s my Spring round up of what I’ve been into lately!
Ciaté Bamboo Bronzer This mini bronzer came in my April Glam Bag. It’s much lighter than the photo makes it look, and it is gorgeous. It’s nice to find a bronzer for fair skin that doesn’t appear too orange. I have the shade Palm Island.
Sephora The Painter Airbrush Sponge I picked this up in my most recent Spring Sephora haul. It was $6!! I’m so happy to finally replace my Mint Pear sponge because after trying this one I realized how awful it was. This is so soft and squishy and expands with water. It’s great for blending under eye concealer since it doesn’t tug at all.
Luxie Precision Foundation Brush This brush came in my May Ipsy glam bag. It’s light and fluffy and works well for blending foundation, or applying powders. I love when brushes are multi-purpose!
Clinique Almost Lipstick This is the perfect Spring Lipstick for me! And like the name says, it’s not really lipstick, it’s more of a tinted balm. It’s so quick and easy to use and gives a lovely sheen. I’ve been wearing this almost every day since I bought it this month!
Kelly & Katie Roseta Sandal
I bought these from DSW when Spring finally decided to be sprung in mid May. I’ve been wanting both a pair of sandals and a pair of black wedge heels for a while now so I killed two birds with one stone. I love the gold buckle on the sides, and I’m still getting compliments on these sandals!
Books I’m Reading
Assassin’s Fate I believe this is the epic conclusion to Robin Hobb’s entire realm of the Elderlings. I’m not finished yet, but I’m pretty sure this is going to be the last book. Hobb is my favourite author and this series is very near and dear to my heart. The dedication at the start of the book teared me up, “To Fitz and the Fool, my best friends for over twenty years.”
Shadows of Self This is a continuation of Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn series. I’ve enjoyed the series so far. The second set of books are set further in the future than the original trilogy which was different for me, this book is all Wild West with guns and duelling canes. And magic. I can’t read a book without magic!
What are you loving this Spring!? As always, thanks for reading! If you enjoyed this post please give it a like and follow my blog for more beauty, lifestyle, and subscription boxes! You can also find me on Instagram, comment you came from my blog and I’ll follow you back <3
