I feel like I just posted my October glam bag but November’s is already here. The theme this month is Rockstarlet! If you haven’t heard of Ipsy, it’s a monthly makeup subscription service that ships out 4-5 deluxe and full sized products each month.

Price? $10 US. Add $4.95 for shipping to Canada.
Value? Glam bags typically average out to around $49US, but this can vary as glam bags are customized. In addition each month comes with a new makeup bag.
Customize? Fill out a profile quiz to get personalized products. If you give feedback on your products each month you will have a greater chance of getting something you like next time, or at least that’s the idea. Check out the new profile quiz if you haven’t already!
Points? Earn points through referrals and reviewing the products in your glam bag. In addition you get 100 points for joining. Points can be redeemed for an extra item in your next glam bag. You can sign up HERE!

The bag this month is covered with little constellations and has a little star for the zipper!

Luxie Beauty 524T Duo Fiber Brush $24.13
This has two layers of synthetic bristles which are supposed to work well with all makeup mediums. I’m hoping I can make this work with foundation because my foundation brush handle broke!

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Travel Size $12
Out of the three spoilers Ipsy released early this was the one I really wanted. I was going to purchase this mascara when I used my current one up so score for me!

Elizabeth Mott Color is Bae Lip Laquer Deluxe Sample $16
I love that Ipsy updated their preference quiz for better personalization. I specified that I wanted liquid lipsticks and Ipsy delivered. This also came in a red but I was content with the shade Moxie Mauve. It came as a 4 gram sample, but the full size is only 5 grams.

Verb Ghost Oil Sample Size $3.50
This is the only product I don’t think I’ll be using this month. My hair doesn’t really cause me many problems.

Formula X Nail Polish in Huntress Sample Size $4.40
I’m a bit disappointed in the size of this polish. Every other polish I’ve received from Ipsy has been full sized. This is a higher end brand name though, so I can’t really complain. I don’t have any dark shades like this so I’ll be using it soon!

Value: My glam bag worked out to $60.03 US this month! That’s the highest value I’ve received in a long time from Ipsy, and I’ll use 4/5 of the products.

    1. Unfortunately it’s only shipping to the US and Canada right now, but its growing so much that I would be surprised if they didn’t start expanding shipping soon! Thanks for reading! Heading over to your blog right now 😄

    1. I tried it out today, I’ve never used a brush like this before. I find the two different layers of bristles just a little odd to be honest, but it applied product well over uneven/rough skin. I think I need to pick up a beauty blender to use with it. Thanks for the link I’ll check it out! 💛

  1. I’m so impressed how quickly we got our bags this month. I just got mine too. The last few months, I didn’t get them until the end of the month! Your bag looks so good. A lot of variety!

    1. Me too! I also got my Topbox today, it’s rare that they arrive so early together. I’m thrilled with this month’s bag, I’m so happy they changed the ipsy match quiz 😄 Looking forward to your Ipsy post!
