52 Lists Project Catch Up | July & August

As y’all know I am trying to catch up on my 52 list project lists. A few weeks ago I caught up on May & June, now I’m going to get up to speed on my July & August lists. I’m more behind than I thought, I’ve been doing four weeks a month so that would leave me at week 32 for the end of August, but I should actually be on 35. I’m adding a couple more lists for this 52 lists project catch up.

List #25: List the things that make you feel powerful

  • Accomplishing a brutal HIIT workout

  • Power Yoga
  • Sorting my life out

Take Action: Make a copy of this page to keep in your wallet so you have a daily reminder that you are strong and can face any challenge.

List #26: List the things you would change in your life right now if you could

  • I wish we could save more money right now
  • That my cat eats all of my clothes
  • I would have more date nights each month
  • My workout schedule – I need to get back to 5 days a week but I’m always exhausted
  • Lack of time to practice guitar

Take Action: Give yourself a goal this week of creating a change in one small way, from changing your bedding to re-organizing your clothing.

Motivation / Freedom

List #27: List the things that make you feel healthy

  • Working out
  • Having two consecutive days off each week instead of this one day off every seven days thing I’m going through right now…
  • Eating clean
  • Doing Yoga
  • Going for walks
  • Reading books
  • Spending time with friends & family
  • Ditching one of my three cups of coffee a day for water. It’s hard but I know I should.

Take Action: Try combining some of your healthy habits to start this week off right.

  • Scuba Diving
  • Travel to Europe & Australia — I’ve only been to North & South America!

Take Action: Maybe it’s about time that you got a little wild and did something outside of your norm.

For some stubborn might be a bad thing but I like that I’m stubborn. I won’t be pushed around!

  • I’m confident when I know what I’m doing but I’m not afraid to ask for help when I don’t

Take Action: Invest in yourself this week: eat a bigger healthier meal to start off the day or simply look in the mirror and say out loud “I’m a boss!”

I’m not going to start talking to my reflection but the healthier meal thing is doable.

Caught up to September

I’m one or two lists behind in the 52 lists project but I’ll catch up on those last two during my next recap. I can’t wait to start getting into some Fall inspired lists! I hope you guys enjoyed this little window into my mind xx

    I definitely agree that being stubborn can be a good thing, it shows you stick to your guns and you’ve got morals. I enjoy reading these posts a lot ๐Ÿ™‚ When do you write your lists, do you set aside time each day or each week?

      Once a week if I have the time, sometimes I sit down once every two or three and catch up! I’m so glad you’re enjoying these posts!

      He does!! Our youngest kitty has some kind of a strange fabric fixation, he chews/digest anything made of fabric. Clothes, blankets… curtains ๐Ÿ™ We can’t leave anything out. If a sweater is left on a chair it will literally have a gaping hole in it twenty minutes later.

          Unfortunately at this point I don’t think it’s something that is going to stop, he started doing it when he was six months old and he’s almost 3 and it hasn’t stopped ๐Ÿ˜ฅ It’s just something we have to live with! He’s a sweetheart though, he loves to cuddle and be around people
