52 Lists Project #13:
List the things that always cheer you up
- Cat Cuddles
- Cheesecake
- Working Out
- New Makeup
- Playing Guitar
- Bubble Baths
- Computer Games
- Hot Lattes
- Candles
- Dining Out
- Writing Blog Posts
- Visiting The SPCA
Call To Action: Circle the things on your list that you can do for yourself. You are the only owner of your Happiness!
All of these things I can do for myself, I just need to find time in my day to do so. Sometimes it’s hard, I feel like I have so many responsibilities sometimes that it’s overwhelming trying to get everything done.
List #14: List The Ways You Can Cleanse
Your Life For Spring
I couldn’t think of a whole lot for the list from week 10. I came up with only a few things.
- Decluttering the Office
- Reorganizing the Kitchen
- Donating Old Clothes
- Playing Sports After A Long Winter Inside
- Cutting Unnecessary Spending
- Tossing Expired Products
- Gardening
Call To Action: Plan One Way You Will Cleanse This Week.
I’ve been on an organizing kick that I never seem to be able to catch up on. I’ll clean my office and then the next day it’s full of laundry (we hide it in their so the cat doesn’t eat it. I’m not joking). Or I’ll have the kitchen pristine and then all of a sudden there are dishes everywhere. The struggle is real.
List #15: List Your Dream Trips
I had so many ideas but most of them costed money!
- Italy
- Caribbean Cruise – Bahamas
- Peru – Amazon Rainforest & Macchu Picchu
- Africa – Large Cat Sanctuary Voluntourism
- Oahu
- Japan
- French Polynesian Islands
- New Orleans
- The Azores
Call To Action: What are the sorts of things you like to do on vacation? How can you integrate similar activities into your average week?
I love to relax in the sun by the pool and read a book. That’s pretty hard to do here unless I go the the rockies. I can take time to read in the bath though which I do when I need a bit of a “time out” from everything going on in my life. I also love to adventure, I enjoy going through walks in our river valley here.
List #16: List Your Essentials
This was such a vague prompt! Like… essentials to survival? Essentials to be happy? Essentials to make a salad? I decided to go with Little Essentials for Happiness.
- A Cozy Blanket
- Purring Cats
- My Favourite Books
- Good Meals with Occasional Desert
- Morning Coffee
- Daily Workouts
- Friends + Family
- Bubble Baths
- My Signature Lise Watier Désirable Perfume
Take Action: Are your essentials sentimental or practical? Take some time this week to reflect on how your essentials make you who you are.
Once again, this prompt is so vague. I feel like I’m missing the point. Like I could list practical essentials like water, food, electricity… I know those things are important but I thought it would be boring to list things I already know I need!
Have you heard of the 52 lists project?
Thank you so much for reading, if you haven’t already please like & subscribe. It’s an tiny gesture but it means the world to me! Remember to follow on social media! xx
This is a great reminder that I also need to de clutter my entire home but Iβm also kind of working on βhome improvementβ lol. And purring cats are cutteeee!!

It’s such a big project! I have so many books and old clothes to donate, old school papers that I keep for some reason even though I know I’ll never re-read them…
Purring cats make my day π
LOL yeah definitely! I’ll have to start doing one room at a time. π
I always enjoy reading about these lists. I felt like these were more targeting to your happiness, and seem to follow a trend of “spring cleaning” and a cleansing of yourself. Every time you write one of these up, you make me want this book more and more. Great post Cleia xx

I’ve noticed that too, I like how the lists transition with the season. It’s such a relaxing and healthy way to reflect on the positive π You should get it! I think you’d enjoy it
I definitely added it to my amazon wish list, and will probably get it next January! xx

Let me know if you do!
I definitely will! xx
I love that you listed your essentials for happiness instead of essentials for living, which is…boring, haha.
Love all of your choices for vacation! My in-laws recently came back from a cruise to the Bahamas and they loooved it, and now I am dying to go!
I recently read the Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up because like you, I have issues with keeping things tidy after I clean them. Well, the book didn’t help because things like my desk still become chaotic 3 hours after I tidy them. LOL.

Lol yes living essentials are boring π I’m sure nobody wants to read that!
That must have been so nice!! You should go once your work settles down, you deserve a break π
Haha that would be me too I think. It sounds like an interesting read but clearly not life changing π
Aww this is so cute! I can tend to get myself in bad moods and just stew in my bad moods, this seems like a great way to feel better and give you a mood boost!

It helps! I like to take a few quiet minutes each week to complete my weeks lists π
I never heard of a journal like this. Seems like a great way to reflect and get to know yourself a little more π

I’m enjoying it so far! I love that the lists are related to the time of year too so the themes change from season to season π
purring cats are a great source of happiness π love this!!
