Although Sephora may be an expensive place to shop and arguably doesn’t have the best rewards system ($100 of points redeems a small sample) hopefully most of us can agree that it’s a one stop shop for most of our midrange to luxury beauty purchases AND it has a bomb return policy. I learned from a girl on instagram last week that you can return and eyeshadow palette after three months of use if you decide you don’t like it. CRAZY right!?
Unfortunately Sephora doesn’t carry every brand under the sun. There are a lot of smaller brands that are sold exclusively on their own websites or at Ulta instead of Sephora. We don’t have Ulta in Canada as far as I know, so I’ve compiled a list of my top 5 Beauty Brands I Wish Were Sold At Sephora!
#1 The Balm
I love The Balm’s retro vibe and amusing product names! I’ve been dying to try out their eyeshadow palettes and Matt(e) Lipsticks. Please, please, come to my Sephora soon!
I would love to see Morphe at Sephora purely for their bomb makeup brush sets. Morphe is a more affordable alternative to most of Sephora’s brush offerings. and of course lets not forget that Morphe also has eyeshadow palettes!
I’ve been lusting over the cocoa blend palette for what feels like forever! I can never justify shipping products to Canada though, and as much as I really want to try out some Zoeva palettes I know I won’t convince myself it’s okay to pay for shipping and/or customs charges.
I tried my first Kylie Lip Kit recently and I’m dying to pick up a few more liquid lipsticks. Unfortunately shipping and customs are killer to Canada, so I’m just going to keep hoping Kylie Cosmetics will one day be sold at a store near me. I don’t even care what store, just somewhere close by!
I’ve heard countless beauty YouTubers rave about how Dose of Colors has the “best liquid lipstick formula” ever. The the Desi X Katy Dose of Colors collab has such stunning packaging, I need it! I wish Dose of Colors was sold at Sephora so I could swatch shades and easily make a return if the products don’t work out for me.
