My Favourite Holiday Makeup – Blogmas 2017

BLOGMAS Favourite Holiday Makeup 2017

Welcome back to Blogmas! In today’s post I’m sharing my Top beauty products that remind me of the Holidays. They aren’t all “holiday” products, but they’re things that I find myself reaching for more and more as I think about Christmas.  Do you guys have products that you reach for especially around the Holidays?

Holiday Products - Sephora Wonderful Dreams Palette Swatches

Sephora Wonderful Dreams
Eyeshadow Palette

This palette was released as a holiday special for Christmas 2015. I received it for Christmas that year, and while it’s not a Ride or Die palette I find myself reaching for the shades Chantilly Lace and Pretty Sunset quite a bit around this time of year. It’s also one of the first palettes I ever reviewed on Always Cleia, which was at the time called Classycatsbox!

Holiday Products - Milani & Sephora

Sephora Collection Sparkle & Shine Mini Brush

This brush is so adorable. When it arrived it originally came in a little double walled tube filled with starry glitter! The gold handle feels so glam to me, I can’t help but reach for this brush. I’ve been using it to buff my foundation even though that’s not at all what it’s meant for xD

Milani Strobelight Instant Glow Powder

This highlight is everything! I’m so pale that pink, purple, and gold highlights often look strange on my face, but this one is so light that it works with my complexion. It’s almost a white gold, and yet it’s blinding! I love a good glow any time of year, especially around the holidays.

Holiday Products - Julep & Smashbox

Julep It’s Whipped Matte Lip Mousse in the Shade At Midnight

I pull out this lipstick at every holiday party! The formula is so comfortable and lasts through eating and drinking. I really don’t wear a red lip very often, but when I do it’s often around Christmas.

Smashbox Photo Finish Radiance Primer

This was an Ipsy sample I received this past Summer. I’ve been really liking the formula, it doesn’t pill my foundation or concealer and it can be worn on it’s own for a “No Makeup” look with a small glow. I might wear this on it’s own with a bit of mascara Christmas morning when I’m hanging around the house with the family.

Awesome pics! I’ve heard some good things about that Smashbox primer. I’m glad that radiant primers are becoming a thing these days!
That eye shadow palette is gorgeous, both the packaging AND the shades included. The formula looks really nice too.

It works well as a primer but unfortunately the radiance seems to get covered up by foundation.. but it give my face a nice glow if worn alone!
I love the packaging on the palette too. Unfortunately some shades aren’t as blendable as others, but they have their uses!
