Fabletics Black Friday 2017 Review + Unboxing

Fabletics Black Friday 2017

Hola loves! Just like my latest Just Fab unboxing, it has been a FULL YEAR since I’ve ordered new workout clothing from Fabletics. I learned last year that Fabletics has it’s best sales for VIP members (subscribers) for Black Friday so I made sure to wait until then to update my fitness fashion wardrobe.

How It Works

Fabletics is a subscription based Fitness/Fashion apparel retailer. Each “VIP” member (subscriber) can shop monthly outfit reveals or anything else on the website for $49.95USD and up. If the subscriber doesn’t wish to make a purchase he or she can “skip” the month between the 1st and the 5th of the month. Subscribers that forget to skip are charged a $49.95USD fee which can be applied as a credit towards a future order.

Price: $49.95+
Shipping: Free for US, $4.95 for Canada.
Points: Earn points on every purchase to redeem for free rewards. Points accumulate slowly so I haven’t been able to redeem anything.
Skipable: Between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

Fabletics Spruce Capri

Salar Capri in Spruce

Just like my recent Just Fab order, part of the reason I decided to make a Fabletics purchase is because my cat ate my previous pair of Salar Capris. I’m still miffed about it, they were a lovely deep purple colour and Fabletics never keeps the same colours and patterns around for long. I replaced them with another pair of Salar capris, but in the shade Spruce. Salar Capris are mid rise with compression, a hidden pocket, four way stretch and moisture wicking fabric. Please Quantum don’t eat this pair!

Fabletics Leggings

Savina Legging

I didn’t own a pair of full leggings and I decided I needed a pair since I’ve started going to yoga and it’s way too cold outside to wear capris! These are really cute! I love the lace detailing on the front. The Savina Legging has max compression, sweat wicking material and UPF 50+ sun protection (aside from were the lace detailing is). They fit like a glove and have a decent amount of stretch. These leggings are regularly $49.95USD but for Black Friday I got them for $15.

Fabletics December 2017 Review

Because I placed this order during Black Friday I paid $36.45USD total after shipping. It still wound up cheaper with the exchange rate than if I had bought a pair of Under Armour leggings here in Canada. I’m happy with my purchase and will likely be making another order for Black Friday Next year 🙂

I love the leggings a lot! Always looking for cute gym clothes since I use and abuse mine. I may have to check out fabletics!

Thanks Jess! Cute gym clothes are such great motivation to get in your workout! I’ve always loved the leggings from fabletics, I think its debatable if anyone really needs a new outfit each month though. The intro offer is normally really good though, like 2 pairs of leggings for $25 or something like that.

I think you’re right about new outfit every month, but that’s a great offer for leggings! Thanks for the post!!

Hello! I wanted to ask you an information: how do you insert the texts in the photos? I mean with white squares underneath and with different types of writing?

    • December 8, 2017 / 3:39 pm

Hey! There are two ways to do it. The first is when you are in the media menu to insert your photo you highlight it, and instead of clicking “add” you click the edit button. This takes you to a little editor where you can crop your photo or give it a name and caption. You write the text you want in the caption box and then hit save.
Alternatively you can click to highlight the photo once you’ve inserted it into your drafts and there should be a button with a text bubble. If you click the bubble you can write your text. Hope this helps!

Thank you very much for your reply. In the meantime I shot a lot on the web intrigued and I found a site where you can easily edit photos with many different layouts, it’s called Canva.com and maybe you can help! x
