Favourite YouTubers – Part 2

Cleia's Favourite YouTubers - PART 2Hey everyone, happy Friday!! I hope you guys have some awesome plans this weekend. I’m unfortunately working, but it’s still payday today so I can’t complain. Today I wanted to share some of my Favourite YouTubers that I’ve been loving over the past few months. I’ve wrote a Cleia’s Favourite YouTubers (part 1) blog post if you guys missed it last year! ๐Ÿ™‚

Who’s your favourite YouTuber!?

Judy C

I LOVE Judy’s channel! She’s been posting a lot of ColourPop palette reviews lately which normally include several eye looks per palette. The looks she created for the Kathleen Lights x ColourPop Dream Street Palette were bomb! I’m surprised that she only has 30k subscribers on YouTube right now, but I’m sure her channel will continue to grow. Go give her channel some love!

Jazzi Filipek

Jazzi is incredibly talented when it comes to filming makeup tutorials, especially when it comes to eyeshadow. I love her Jacklyn Hill Palette and Tartelette Toasted looks! Her voice is so soft and relaxing to listen to, it makes me want to hear more! I know a voice doesn’t make or break a YouTube channel but it for me it makes a difference!

Denitslava Makeup

I sometimes find it slightly difficult to understand Denitsa’s accent but that’s a small price to pay for her in depth and well explained makeup tutorials. I haven’t seen a look from her that I haven’t loved and wanted to immediately try out on myself. She creates so many amazing looks from cut creases to soft glam looks to every day makeup tutorials.

Jen Luvs Reviews

Jen really cuts to the chase when it comes to makeup products. I can count on her for an honest, non-influenced opinion, even on products she received for free. She often gives an in depth ingredient analysis on the products she reviews as well as the value per oz of product. She also does a What’s New In Makeup series that she films like a News anchor and discusses all the latest new beauty developments from brands, influencers, etc.

Ro – Nerdy Nummies

I learned about Ro from Nerdy Nummies from Angela. I’ve nerded out so many times watching her baking youtube channel since then, her video game inspired creations are amazing (and way above my baking skill level)! My favourites are her Kirby Macarons, Galaxy Mirror Cake, and the adorable Penguin Cake I linked in the video above. Check out her channel!

Fitness Blender

I’ve mentioned Fitness Blender before on my blog but I couldn’t leave this post without including them again. Fitness blender is run by Daniel & Kelly Segars, a small husband & wife team. The channel grown to offer over 500 free workout videos to almost 5 million YouTube subscribers! I use their actual website, Fitnessblender.com where you can create an account, save workouts to your favourites section, build routines with their free calendar function and sort workouts based on time, muscle group, calories burned, equipment needed, training type and more.

They also have fitness programs available for purchase which builds a functional routine made up of their workout videos into your calendar for 2-8 weeks at a time. I’ve done at least 5 different FB programs and reused them several times. It takes the guess work out of how to build your routines to avoid over training or slacking. I’m currently finishing up FB Booty Round 2! The video above is today’s workout. FB’s newer videos have more bells & whistles but the older workouts still kick my butt!

Iโ€™ve never heard of any of these, except for Ro, which another blogger has talked about and also I saw her book at michaelโ€™s? Iโ€™ll have to check. A few of those out

I need that cookbook! I hope you enjoy some of these channels ๐Ÿ™‚

Great post! I really like Elle S (shadowsmoked) amongst several others. I donโ€™t know why but I find that I subconsciously steer myself away from the bigger youtubers. Iโ€™m always trying to find new youtubers too as I find their content very refreshing – perhaps because at that point they still have the freedom to be themselves if that makes sense (fame is a funny thing sometimes lol). Anyway Iโ€™m a new youtuber as well so ๐Ÿ™‚ โ™ฅ๏ธ

Ro!! Haha, I’m glad you’re addicted to her videos too! That Galaxy Mirror cake is almost hypnotizing. I rewatched the part where she put on the glaze like 10 times ๐Ÿ˜€
I’ll definitely check out Fitness Blender cause I’ve heard of them a few times now, and they seem good ๐Ÿ™‚

Ro makes everything look so easy!! Then I try to follow the simplest video and my baking doesn’t look like hers at all xD
Yes! FB is so good, and I love how much they provide to subscribers for free! Many online fitness platforms charge a lot for their workouts…

Great post! I love finding new YouTubers to watch because I don’t really watch the big ones anymore. I’m going to try to watch all of these girls this weekend!

I’ve heard a lot about Judy C lately but have never watched any of her videos. I have a feeling her popularity will blow up this year!

Not sure how I feel about Jen Luvs Reviews…I do like that she’s more honest, but the way she talks bothers me (haha the voice does sometimes make or break a YouTube channel for me!) and I actually don’t like her What’s New in Makeup videos because she goes too fast and I feel like I can find that stuff out myself on something like Trendmood without being bombarded.

Love Fitness Blender! Every time I do their HIIT workouts, my body hurts all over the next day. I know that’s more of an indication that I didn’t stretch enough rather than the fact that I got a good workout, but it makes me feel like I got a good workout! lol.

I still watch Kathleen Lights & Tati, but I’ve never really been a fan of Jaclyn Hill. I really liked Zoella a few years ago but I find I trust the recommendations of smaller channels more than the big ones.

That’s completely fair! She does go fast in her makeup news, but sometimes I learn new things that I wouldn’t have thought to look up on my own. I’ve never thought to use trendmood, I’ll have to check that out! ๐Ÿ˜€

Oh don’t worry, me too! The kickboxing workouts are actually the worst for me, I’m always sore in the strangest places for several days after a video!

Haha, I’m the same as you! Out of all the “big” YouTubers I still watch Kathleen Lights and Tati occasionally, and have never been into Jaclyn Hill (again with the voice thing making or breaking a channel for me – she’s too much). Zoella was fun to watch a few years ago but she definitely became unrelatable somewhere along the way…or maybe just aimed her channel towards a younger audience, I don’t know.

Oh yes, makeup news is good for keeping up to date with new things coming out! I don’t fault her for going fast in her makeup news, since there’s always so much of it with new releases coming out literally every week, but I think I just end up zoning out because it’s almost like sensory overload, haha

Zoella does too many challenges for me I think. I know it’s the new norm for YouTube but I’d rather watch a review or tutorial that a YouTube challenge Collab ๐Ÿ˜’

It’s hard to keep up with everything new ๐Ÿ˜„ that’s fair, it’s not a video that you can passively listen to while you do something else!

I’ve never heard of them before, so I was super happy that you included people that I can actually subscribe to! Great post Cleia! I really gotta get back on my YouTube game, i’ve been totally slacking and putting youtube on the back burner. xxx

I’m glad you could discover some new accounts from this post! My last Youtube favourites post was more of the “popular” youtubers so I wanted to feature some lesser known beauty channels plus the cooking & fitness channels!

I can’t even imagine how much work must go into making a YouTube video, I hope you get back into it!
