Welcome back to my blog everyone! I had a request to share another empties post so I thought, why not? Actually I took a look in my November Empties box and was like, “good grief, I have a lot of products in here!” It’s high time I get some of this product packaging to the recycling depot. We have a mix of skincare, haircare, and makeup this month. Let’s start with the makeup in my November empties…

I’m SO glad I finally finished this primer because it didn’t jive with 90& of my skincare products. It’s a silicone based primer and it pilled over all of my gel moisturizers and a fair amount of my cream ones. Not cool! It does a good job of filling in pores and fine lines but it’s not worth it with the pilling. Repurchase? No.
This Brow Gel came in my April Boxycharm box. I really liked it actually, but it seemed to dry up faster than my other brow gels. The spoolie was really fine so it make shaping my eyebrows really easy. Repurchase? No because Das Esspensive.
It’s debatable if this is a skincare or a makeup product, but because this lip balm treatment is tinted I’m going with makeup. I really enjoyed this lip balm, it’s smooth and actually absorbs into my lips instead of just sitting on top of the skin. Unfortunately these are ridiculously expensive so I will be sticking with drugstore lip balms. Repurchase? No.
This also isn’t a makeup empty but I included it in the photo for some strange reason. I really liked this Argan Oil. It’s hydrating and leaves my skin super soft in the morning. I have a few face oils to go through but I’ll be going back to this one. Repurchase? Yes.
I loved these eye masks so much! I got them in last year’s Winter Fabfitfun box. They do a great job of de-puffing and soothing my under eye area. They’re so relaxing after a long day of staring at computers or in the morning for some extra pampering. Repurchase? No, I have another box of masks to try from the latest Fabfitfun box!
This cleanser was really strange, it had an iridescence to it that shone gold in the light. It looked pretty but unfortunately it dried out my skin. I was hoping it would be a dupe for the Fresh Soy Cleanser because it contains soy extracts but they were nothing alike. Repurchase? No.
This is a good moisturizer but it costs more than I like to spend on moisturizer, especially because I go through them so quickly. It also smells like crayons to me so I’m not a fan of that. Repurchase? No.
You guys know my thoughts on this, I love it. I have extra dry skin so anything that boosts my skin’s hydration levels is a win for me. This serum feels so luxurious and my dry patches are definitely soothed when using this product. This product is $59 but don’t ever buy it full price. Sephora often has value sets which retail for $59 and contain the full sized SOS Serum plus two other Caudalie favourites. Repurchase? Yes.
Delia Organics Moisturizing Wake Up Lotion
I received this product in the Sweet Oak Subscription Box earlier this year. This “lotion is more of a gel and also more of a toner than a moisturizer. It contains witch hazel and had a tendency to leave my skin drier than usual so I always applied an actual moisturizer after using it. It did a good job of making my skin feel refreshed and it smells like pears. This product is discontinued.
I finished one of these in my last empties post. I still have one more mini that I’ve been using. I don’t know if I will repurchase right now, I couldn’t tell if it was actually doing anything for my skin…
Haircare/ Bath & Body Empties
I hadn’t yet finished the shampoo when I filmed my November Empties for YouTube but I have now. This combo would be great for thin fine hair, it’s very light and didn’t weigh my hair down. The Shampoo was really interesting because it’s a gel, so when you turn the bottle over you can see the gel fall in one giant blob to the other side of the bottle. It was weird but also kind of cool! Repurchase? Not right now, I’m using a Biolage combo.
I bought this at the same time I bought my Smashbox Primer, it was getting pretty old. I did like this shower oil though, it makes a good barrier when I shave my legs. I already have a mini of this shower oil as a backup. Repurchase? Already did.
I really didn’t enjoy this conditioner, or the shampoo that came with it. These are travel minis and I found that the shampoo didn’t lather well and the conditioner didn’t really seem to do anything for my hair. I had to use so much of it to get that silky smooth feeling I like. Repurchase? No.
Makeup Revolution Lightening Contour Kit
This was one of the freebies in my Makeup Revolution Haul a few months ago. I liked the middle shade as a blush but the two lightening contour products were weird and unnecessary. I would never use this kit to contour my face. It costs less than $3 and it shows, which is a shame because I liked most of the products from my haul!
This is hands down the worst eyeshadow palette I have ever used. It was awful. From reading Ulta reviews I think that there were definitely quality control issues because some people absolutely loved this palette and there is no way in hell anyone loved this palette who had the same experiences as me. You can find out why I disliked this palette in my review Here.
What’s in your November Empties Box?
Thank you for reading! I hope you guys don’t mind going through my beauty recycle bin. Let me know if you’re tried any of these products and if you repurchased any of them. Talk soon!
