Hey beauties! The weather is getting colder for a lot of us right now, and with it comes dryer skin. The first thing I think about when the air gets dryer is a more hydrating moisturizer, but it’s important to remember your hands as well! Today’s post features my Top 3 Hand Creams for Fall & Winter!
Delectable Lemon & Cream
Delectable by Cake Beauty has the best scents ever! Of course Delectable would be at the top of my Hand Creams for Fall & Winter list! A girl at work had a bottle of Lemon & Cream sitting on her desk and I borrowed some, I instantly knew that I needed a bottle for myself. This hand cream smells like lemon cupcakes and leaves my hands incredibly soft and moisturized without being greasy.
This hand cream is made with coconut oil, shea butter, & aloe vera. I normally prefer small bottles of hand cream so they can fit in my purse, but for this scent I needed this 4oz size!
B&BW Look ‘Ma New Hands!
*Fun fact* I worked at Bath & Body Works for a month during the holiday season about six years ago, and I couldn’t stand it because one, I was required to offer hand massages to people which I personally think is weird, and two, retail and me just don’t mix well! *Update July 2018: Unfortunately this B&BW line is now discontinued*
While I was there a manager told me that a lot of nurses will buy this hand cream because it’s good at repairing damaged, dry hands from over washing. I bought my mom a little bottle that year and she liked it so much that she bought me some for my birthday! Thanks Mom!
I love that the bottle has a pump! Look ‘Ma New Hands! is formulated with paraffin, olive oil, apricot oil, and avocado oil. The scent is very subtle which is good if you are sensitive to that sort of thing!
Natura Ekos Castanha
Apparently Natura just bought The Body Shop! Maybe it will be easier for me to get this hand cream in Canada now. It’s available on amazon.com but not ca. I received it as a gift from family friends who live in Brazil so I’ve been diligently conserving this tube!
This product very thick and enriched with Castanha (Brazil Nut) pulp which is supposed to be extremely hydrating for the skin. I believe it, my hands feel so hydrated when I use this! The smell is nutty and wonderful and I personally love it, but I know my mother in law isn’t a fan.
